Located in a nice area surroundings by antique shops…with its humble La Chascona is hardly seen. A friendly couple runs this cafe, makes you feel at home. In this place you can find some handmade furniture and also some home made jam… all are made by the owner… (sorry I forgot your names!).
I like the combination of dishes… not so expensive, but so chic with a nice latte art… sitting on the street side and watch people passing by….
Love at the first sight… I came back to this cafe last July 2012. As summer has come.. I ordered ice cappuccino + espresso. The ice-cappuccino was not so sweet, it’s ok for me, but if you need more sugar… I couldn’t see liquid sugar there.
This time the one who served was the guy – the owner. I can see the differences how to serve between guy and girl… But as the coffee is good, no complain at all. Can you see the differences?
Sitting on the pedestrian’s street, with a long-wood chair… reminds me of Indonesian street vendor: My espresso
They know how to make ice-cappuccino, which I found quite rare in Europe.
